Furthermore, the Chemical Research in Toxicology magazine recently published a study witch revealed that; this chemical substance encourages the growth of the cancer cells. In the last few years, most of the studies that were conducted; also defined the health dangers that are linked to this chemical.

Triclosan penetrates through the skin and interferes with the normal function of the hormones and disturb the endocrine. In a study published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives in 2008 specified; that scientists identified triclosan in the urine of about 70 percent of the tested people – 2,516 of them, aged 6 and more.

This substance can be found in many laundry detergents, deodorants, hand sanitize-rs and also antiseptics.

This is a pretty dangerous ingredient that can infiltrate through the skin and get into the blood, causing hormonal imbalance.

However, even though there are many studies and proofs that can confirm this, Colgate is still selling their product; claiming that it is completely safe for you to use it. The only country in the world to has forbidden Triclosan by now is Canada.

In our country the government still remains silent about the side effects of this risky ingredient and it will probably ban it only when some serious problems occur; similar like the case with asbestos, DT and PCB was.
