Dandelion Cures Cancer, Hepatitis, Liver, Kidneys, Stomach … Here’s How to Prepare It

Dandelion’s healing properties are well known from long time ago. The medicine is using it in various ways.  In addition, against allergies, to stimulate bile production, it is very useful for pregnant woman and also woman in menopause, great against low cholesterol and in situation of detoxification of the liver.

The dandelion can be used in various forms, tea as well as food. Most parts of it can be used for medicine or any form of healing, from tea to food. The flowers can be used for preparing syrup to relive a cough, purify the blood and to improve digestion. The leaves can be used in salad, with eggs and potatoes, because they are opulent in vitamins.

Biggest medicinal use has the stem of the dandelion. It can be used for regulating the metabolism, stomach issues, diabetes, gallbladder function and purifying the blood.

The most important thing is to know when and where you can pick the dandelion. Pick the roots from places that are apart from pollution and best time for that is in spring.

The very first thing to do is to peel and cut the roots, and then dry them in fresh air for about two weeks. They are done when they fell crunchy on touch. Afterwards, place the roots in a jar in a cool and dark place.

Dandelion roots have enormous helpful efficiency for gallbladder, kidneys, liver and lymph. They can be used to treat rheumatism, hepatitis, acne, constipation, tumors and cysts. Women who have issues with breastfeeding can surely benefit from the dandelion roots.


You can prepare dandelion tea very easy. The leaves have to be dried, sliced, crushed and mixed together. Half a teaspoon of this blend is enough to make a tea. Add it into a glass of water and there you have it, a delightful tea.

Additional way is to combine 60 grams of this mix with 40 grams of dry dandelion roots. Place this to 2-2.5 ounces of water alongside with little salt. Boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Afterwards, strain the liquid. You can drink even three glasses from this beverage daily.


To make syrup you’ll need 300 yellow dandelion flowers, 3 sliced oranges and 3 sliced lemons. Mix them all in 3 liters of water. Let it sit down for 24 hours and after that add 2 cups of sugar.  Cook it for 30 minutes.

The blend will get dense and syrupy. Store the mix in clean jars. You may also use this syrup for colds and coughs or even bronchitis.
