You will need:

– 400 g garlic, clean it and cut into quarters

– Ginger

– 2 tsp turmeric

– 400 g brown sugar

– 1 liter of water


Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and heat. When it starts to boil, add the grated ginger, garlic and turmeric and cook until the mixture boils.  Remove the pot from the stove and cool it into room temperature. Store it in the refrigerator.

Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach and 2 in the evening, after the last meal.
