Must Read: Only 5 Minutes to Reduce High Blood Pressure Without Medications

High blood pressure or hypertension is one of the most extensive illnesses of the modern age. It is connected with enlarged alcohol consumption, salty food, smoking, obesity, amplified stress and sleep deficiency. At certain point of life, every person experiences high blood pressure.

The blood pressure can increase due to the extreme physical activity, stress; muscles get tense and the blood vessels contract. It is more than clear that in order to get the pressure back to normal we need to relax the muscles.

Lu Hun Sen, doctor of the Moscow soccer club “Spartak” carries to light the secret of ancient Chinese Medicine.

According to Chinese medicine, the appropriate flow to the muscles and tissues is the most essential thing. If anywhere in the body a stagnation of blood appears then that point is the starting point of the expansion of disease. When all points provide proper blood flow and there isn’t any lack of progress, then the body is able to cure the disease very quickly. The massage of the key points is very helpful.

Points 1 – 2

This is not a point but a line in its place. It drives through the behind of the earlobe to the middle of the collar bone.

Don’t press or massage this line, but touch very slowly instead. Do almost unnoticeable movements of the hand from top to bottom, hardly touching the tips of the fingers. Do it 10 times on one side and afterward repeat the process on the other side for 10 times as well.

Point 3

You can find this point on the part of the face in the identical height with the earlobe at about half inch space from the ear in the course on the way to the nose.

Massage this point with the fingertips for about one minute on each side, repeatedly. Push hard but not that hard so that you may feel pain. The movement can be clockwise but it doesn’t matter that much, the direction is beside the point. The thing that matters the most is that you should feel pressure to a certain point.

Do this simple treatment and your blood pressure will get back to normal.
