Owner of a Carl’s Jr Caught On Video Sneaking FOUL ‘Extra’ In Your Food – Here’s Who He Is

If you think that the hygiene of the shook (Market) in Jerusalem, Israel is bad, take a look at the owner of a Carl’s Jr in Alberta, Canada violating several food safety guidelines.

As a parent you will surely find this dangerous and appalling. And yes, there must be an investigation for why this happened. No one can even assume how many people got sick from this resentful owner, who out of all people must know and respect the food safety regulations.  There is no single excuse for this thoughtless food handling. There is no way that he can even compensate the people that had eaten there; particularly the ones who got sick.

According to CBC News, his former employee captured what a public health officer titled “disgusting behavior” on video.

The owner, Jack Webb, is caught on camera dropping a hot chicken tender from the fryer on the floor. Afterwards he picks it up, and puts it back into the warming tray.

Among the numerous other videos of Webb’s risky food handling, there is one clip shows how he uses his bare hands to mix a container of barbecue sauce.

But maybe the most dangerous health violation occurred when Webb was making chicken tenders. He is seen dipping raw poultry into seasoned flour, and then moving the goopy mess of flour and raw chicken liquid onto the fryer handle.

The public health official who examined Webb’s behavior calls it disgusting and orders him to complete the food safety training.

Carl’s Jr. Canada head office responded saying that the food-handling is unacceptable and in any way, signifies Carl’s Jr.’s obligation to safe foodstuff handling.

The restaurant chain arranged an independent safety audit of the Red Deer location and noted they made Webb take the food safety training, and he passed.
