Sassy water is spruced up water named by Prevention magazine in honor of its inventor Cynthia Sass, who created it for the “Flat Belly Diet”. It’s water with a vibe, and it tastes a great deal better than ordinary water. As well as having almost no calories, the ginger content actually helps to calm your digestive system.
Making sassy water at home is a cinch and it might even be something the rest of your family gets excited about.
Cynthia Sassi, claims that after only 4 days of regular consumption of this drink, you can lose 3 kg and 10 inches around the waist. And this drink you can do it yourself, if you have fresh ginger, fresh mint leaves, a cucumber and a lemon, 8.5 cups water (use filtered water – a glass of 250 ml).
Wash the lemon, cut in half and remove the seeds. Each half cut slightly and put it in a bowl of water (8.5 hours). Do not peel the lemon, and do not even drain the lemon in the water.
Peel the cucumber and chop it on circles; add it into the water. Also take 8-12 fresh mint leaves, wash them and add them to the water.
Peel the ginger midsize and grate it into the mixture. Mix it back together, cover the bowl and let it stand in refrigerator overnight.
The next day, drink only water Sassi, refrigerated when you’re thirsty. You will need to prepare fresh Sassi above ingredients with water for at least four days to see results. Water also can whisper every time before putting it in a cup.
Sassi water contains 0 calories and is known as only water (8 glasses a day) that significantly enhances weight loss; while other ingredients accelerate the process of burning fat and certainly lower abdomen.
