  • 1 kg Onions.
  • 1 liter of Water.
  • 400 g Sugar or Honey.
  • 2 tablespoons Turmeric.

Way of Preparation:

  • Dissolve the sugar or honey in the water, and then put them to simmer.
  • Chop the onions in quarters and clean the root of ginger.
  • Place them both in fresh water.
