YOGURT DIET-10lbs LESS IN 10 DAYS

Diet with yogurtWith this diet you can lose 5-6 kg for 10 days. However, considering that it is a restrictive diet, it should not hold more than 14 days. BREAKFAST

Jelly and raspberry yogurt, a cup of green tea or a cup of fresh orange juice.

LUNCH

Cup of hot herbal tea, cold soup made from yogurt and cucumbers cut into circles, 100g. boiled meat, salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and spicy herbs, yogurt and if desired cup of hot lemonade (without sugar).

AFTERNOON SNACK

Tomato yogurt. In the yogurt add a little mustard, a little salt and mix them in a blender.

DINNER

Cup of hot herbal tea, green beans prepared by steaming with yogurt, a cup of hot lemonade without sugar.
